Depo Shot & losing weight?

too much water
is there anything such as too much water? i sometimes get cramps in my feet and someone once told me don't drink too much water. Too much water is just as bad as not enough water.....any truth in this?

How long do I have to burn off those calories
Does anyone know how long the body takes to convert your calories to fat? If I have a large breakfast, but don't workout until late in the evening (which is when I generally workout), am I putting myself in a hole?

Dairy and weight loss
I've heard recently that dairy products and calcium help promote weight loss. I try to eat a serving of yogurt a day, but I want to try to incorporate a glass of milk as well.
