Seriously... AGAIN?!?!?!?!?! UGH
Ok.. so I am trying to keep up witih my 64 oz of water a day.. BUT If i take ONE more freakin trip to the toilet I am going to rip it out of the floor and use it as a chair in front of me desk and just pee when needed!!!! Does your body ever get use to all the water and adjust so your not in the bathroom every half hour?

Eating just your BMR cals?
I did my BMR about a year ago at 217lbs and I needed 2100 cals. Now at 207-8 it says my bmr is only 1900 cals. MFP has me eating 1900 cals a day. Is this normal?

Calorie requirement confusion??
I have been sticking to a 1200 calorie diet but seem to lose less weight when I go this low.
