I just have a question. What do you all eat if you are feeling hungary and it is 11:30 pm. I just started my diet this week. Today I know I ate less than my usual. I feel so hungary, but I know I shouldn't eat and then go to bed on it. What do you all do if you feel hungary before bedtime? Tina

One weird sweaty question......
Maybe it is just this horrible hot weather we have been having but maybe not. It seems like since working out more I sweat more often! Like when i am not working out and just being outside or sometimes just doing stuff around the house. Anyone else experience this?

If my BMR is 1,385, why is MFP's daily calorie goal for me 1,200? Not that it bothers me, because I can eat 1,200 calories in a day and easily feel full, even overstuffed, but isn't that unhealthy? I'm a bit confused... Sorry in advance for the newbie question, I seem to be clogging the boards with a lot of these :/

Hi. Can anyone tell me why when you exercise daily and add your exercise in the exercise chart why does it say you have earned extra fat, calories etc. Should you eat them or just ignore them. Ok so you eat your 1500-1600 calories but do exercise that burns 500+ calories. Is that bad then since your net is only 1000 calories. I am a 220 lb 30 year old man. Should your net be 1500+?

Does anyone know if I'm supposed to update my HRM as I lose weight? The thought hit me this morning.
