What on earth?! I gained 4 pounds this week! *sob*
I went to weigh in tonight and showed a 4 pound GAIN. What is up with that? Could it be my sodium? I did not eat very healthy (lots of processed stuff and sweets) but I stayed in calorie range. I'm sad :( Can you look at my food diary this past week and help steer me in the right direction? thanks

So yesterdays and todays workouts were the first workouts that I have used a heart rate monitor with.
