Too much protein?
I get that too many carbs are not good, and surprisingly enough (b/c I LOVE carbs!) I have been 'in the green' for the last couple of days. On the other hand, I have been going over my alotted protein. I know that we should be balancing them, but what are the pitfalls of too much protein?
