Logging PRIOR to consumption is critical!!!

Damn Bagel!
It's Teacher Appreciation Week and a lot of parents at my school get VERY involved. They decided to serve breakfast for the whole staff, and I ate a bagel....all 51 carbs worth. I am not beating myself up about it....I'm just annoyed that I now have 51 carbs less to eat. It tasted good, but not THAT good!

Has anyone heard of the Johnson Up Day Down Day Diet? Basically you restrict your calories to between 500-800 on Down Days and then eat as you choose on the up days. I lost 4 pounds my first week. Has anyone else had success with this diet plan?
