Pregnancy Weight
My husband and I are wanting to start trying to have a baby mid-June. Right now I my C.W. is 171. I figure that I will lose about 10lbs by then putting me at 160. Is 160 a decent weight to have a baby? My height is 5'4 and I'm a medium/large build.

BMR?
Quick Question : I just checked my BMR and it said my calories in bed all day would be 1532. I am on a 1200 calorie diet. Any suggestions on what my calorie intake needs to be? Should I up my calories to around 1400 or just leave them at the 1200?

Woman Question
So I'm wondering, I made sure that I stayed in the mid 70's for two weeks before I counted it as official. Last Wednesday I was at 175.8. How is it today I stepped on the scale and it says 185.8. May Be a Stupid Question.....but......
I have notice that my shoes seem to be getting bigger. I have always had big feet (9 1/2 to 10) or in heels a 9.....but I have noticed that now my size 9 heels are feeling more like flip flops these days because when I walk they are flopping down. When losing weight do your feet get smaller too?!?!

How much is too much sugar?
I have a daily calorie total goal of 1200. My sugar goal was auto defaulted to 24g. Today I had a protein bar (15g), 1 cup watermellon (10g) and a yogurt (4g) so am already over my sugar goal and it is only lunch time. Please advise.
