Starvation mode?
I have lost about 30 lbs in the two months. I typically lose 3 - 4 lbs a week. I eat about 1,000 - 1,200 calories a day. I'm wondering if I would lose more weight if I ate more calories? I also exercise 5 days a week (moderate paced walking).

exercising at night...
Does exercising at night make a difference? i usually workout during the day around 3-5 but sometimes after studying and work all i have is 8 or 9 or even 10 o'clock does that make a difference in my results?

How do you log calories for interval training? Specificallu H. I. I. T. Is there a good rule of thumb? I would like to add it to my exercise log, I just don't know how to classify it.

Curious to see whether other people are doing the recommended 1 pound a week option, or going for one of the other options, and how it's working for you. There seems to be a lot of discussion about whether or not to eat exercise calories but I don't see any discussions on the daily calorie allotment BEFORE exercise.

Unable to exercise alot.....
