Could someone please tell me how to measure meat? Most measurements are done by ounces in the MFP database. I'm used to measuring everything out by the cup. How many oz of chicken, pork, etc... is in a cup?

30 min on treadmill, good or bad?
I am wondering if doing 30min on the treadmill 6-7 days a week at a pace of 3.5 or 4.0 is doing anything? I try and do the shred thing every other day. What can I do to loose more weight quiker? I want to also tone up for summer.
