Looking for a good scale to weigh my food... Any suggestion
I'm looking for a good scale to use to weigh my food, such as chicken and what not. I'm hoping not to pay more than $20. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd appreciate it!

Discouraged!!!!
I worked out and ate healthy all week and I stepped on my scale this morning (Friday is my weigh in day) to see that I have NOT lost! MFP Water calculator...
When I am logging food and water it says: "We recommend that you drink at least 8 cups of water a day. Click the arrows to add or subtract cups of water." Is this 8 measuring cups of water or actually 8 glasses of water a day or are they one and the same? Thanks in advance! :-)

confused about exercise/eating more??
