Exercises for arms...?
I'd really like some advice on how to slim down my arms a little bit. I have some muscle growing in my arms but they're still kind of flabby. What would be some good exercises to lose the fat and make them look slimmer and more toned? Any suggestions would be gratefully recieved. Thanks xx

H. I'm new to MFP this week and have some questions about calorie counts. I am looking to lose 19 lbs. The program set me at 1200 cals per day. in regards to the little water-counter icon that helps us track how much water we've had today, by the "recommended 8 cups of water a day" do they mean 8 cup as in measuring cups or 8 cups as in "8 glasses"? Is there any way to switch this up to tally up my water in ounces? TIA!

Eating disorder, self esteem, size 6 is fat..URGH.

I know this has probably been asked a million times already but I can't find the answer. Do I need to eat my exercise calories that are added to my total or do I not eat them. Be Aware
When I log 15 min on my elliptical trainer using MFP it says I burned 210 calories. However, my heart rate monitor says in those 15 min I only burned 108 calories.
