Did well on calories, up my workouts...but gained?
Well, color me discouraged! This past week I did well on my calories and I even upped the intensity of my workouts. I was expecting to have lost at least 1 pound, maybe even 2. But, instead, I gained. What?!! Not sure if there are other factors I am missing. Or maybe I had too few calories? Anyone have any insight?

wilted salad blues...
I work the night shift at a hospital and every night I bring my lunch and some salad dressing and go down to the cafeteria to get salad. horrible day
I fell off the wagon on eating within my cals. But I did give myself the day off of exercise. I have been working out for 2 weeks straight! I did clean the house from top to bottom and broke a sweat so I sort of count that as my work out : ) But I am waking up early to go to the gym tomorrow. One day at a time right!?
