Exercise Calories- HUH?

which is better? i started with my settings at losing 2 pounds a week, but from everything i read, it seems like i may have more reliable weight loss with my settings at 1 pound a week. but i'm not sure. it only adds 150 calories to my daily calorie goal...any thoughts?

Saggy skin ew
I've lost 7 lbs. I should be thrilled but I can't tell I've lost a pound because my skin on my belly is hanging and sagging. So gross. It already sagged a little from a 9 and a 10 lb baby. fruits and sugars
Just a quick question: Every time I eat fruits; grapes, apples, pears, anything - my sugar goes hella over. Should I just ignore the fact that it's so far "over" because it's fruit sugars and not bad candy sugars? What are the effects of taking a week off the plan every now and again? pre-packaged snacks
I always swore that I would never get the pre-packaged servings of snacks like reduced fat cheez-its or 100 calorie packs... because they are so expensive... WELL I bought them this week and I can't tell you how much they helped. If you struggle with snacking, I would advise you to try this out.

For a small-framed, sedentary person...if you were to eat 1200 calories a day, and did zero exercise, would you lose weight? I know it is better for your health to exercise, just wondering on a hypothetical level.

Am I sedentary?
I have a desk job, so I put myself as sedentary, however I don't know if 1200 calories is enough for me. I have an infant at home.... can I put lightly active? :laugh: I haven't been feeling good only eating 1200 and much better eating 1400. Any suggestions? Thanks! :smile:

Weighing in - How often?
So, I did WW years ago and we would weigh in once a week. Is that pretty standard? Or how often does everyone around here weigh in? Does it vary by individual/group? Is it just a matter of personal preference? Just curious. I will probably stick to once a week unless I hear of a reason to change that up.
