Does anyone take any energy drinks? I have been so tired with working out, I dont take a multi vitiman, maybe I should? I need some help here. Two workouts I feel great, but after them, Im physcially exhausted.

Don't you hate it when
Don't you hate it when you go to bed happy with yourself for staying right on the day's calorie goal, and even wake up feeling a bit thinner the next morning, until you suddenly remember something you forgot to log yesterday, and you realize you actually went over your calorie goal by 200?? So frustrating!

MFP gave me 1200 calories a day. I have been trying this for 3 days. But it seems that at the end of the night I find myself looking in the cabinets for more. I'm starting to get frustrated. Is there anyone else that has this problem?

I drastically changed the way I was eating. I haven't excluded foods that I want to eat so much as decreasing my intake an portion size. Not losing need help.
So it's been 4 weeks since I've lost any weight. I have been working out 6 days a week, cardio. and weights, been staying under my calories,and not by a whole lot. I have changed my workouts also.
