Weight loss at a stand still
I've been on a weight loss journey from last year have lost 4 and a half stone now my last 3/4 weeks I'm not losing I have maintained twice and the other two weeks I've put on 1 pound. Everything has worked for me so far but now I'm at a loss for motivation

Very slow progress
I have been recording my meals and calories for a month. I have lost 1/2 lb? Some days I don’t even get to the recommended 1200 calories. What is wrong here? On low carb and higher protein. Discouraged!

Calorie goal reset?
Did anyone else’s calorie goal randomly change recently? Unless I’m sleep-MFPing, the app changed my calorie goal from 1200 to 1500 overnight with no changes to my weight loss goals or anything like that.

Ladies, how do you handle PMS hunger/binge eating?
I am ravenous the week before!! And right now I ate like an extra thousand calories of trail mix... I drink tons of water/tea, excercise, eat my fiber/veggies/fruit, and more than my weight in protein...YET I AM STILL STARVING! Ugh please help. :(
