Which do you trust an analog or digital scale more?
Silly question: I have two new (inexpensive Walmart) scales, and they read different weights. The digital is approx. 3-4 lbs. more than my analog scale. I'm recording my analog weight--should I be recording the digital weight instead?

What else should i try? Graves disease
in the past I lost over 140 pounds. I regained about 40 pounds firstly when I had hyperthyroidism, back in 2016, the anti thyroid meds are terrible for it. I had half my thyroid removed in 2018, lost the weight, and more, got weight lifting, fittest I had ever been, pounds away from being a healthy bmi when autoimmune…

50 year old lady needs to lose 50lbs!!
I’ve tried on my own. I just can’t find the motivation or discipline. I’m not willing to do anything crazy for a diet, like keto, but I’m in search of a community of women that have found it harder to lose weight as the age. Ugh!! Frustrating!!!

I weighed 250 on feb 14th and this morning I was 227.4 but I lost 13 lbs in like 2 weeks and then it’s barely coming off. I eat 1350 calories a day and yes some days I don’t get all my calories in. I log everything I eat. I’m intermittent fasting and doing low carb under 100 carbs a day and doing taebo/kickboxing for 20…

I’ve lost about 67lbs so far and I’m noticing I’m super itchy on my stomach where some stretch marks are. I apply lotion daily thinking maybe it’s just really dry but they are still itchy. Anyone else have this issue?/ what did you use to stop the itch?

Lymphedema/bright line eating
Just turned 40 this year and desperately need to get control of my body. I was diagnosed with lymphedema in my legs a little over a year ago. I'm hoping as I lose weight, it will help with that. Anyone have any experience with it? Just started Bright Line eating a couple of weeks ago - it's helped jumpstart weight loss…

Will you gain weight if?
I'm just curious if you eat 3000-3500 cals for two days each of those days. Will that make you gain a full pound? Or do you have to continously eat that over a week or so? I kind of went alittle over board because it is easter. I do that every now and then and didn't hinder my goals over the last 2 years. I'm about 2…

Another question about eating my exercise calories
I'm wondering if I'm on the right track if I eat my exercise calories because I told the MyFitnessPal wizard that I'm sedentary. (Sorry if this gets asked often and in different ways. I've read a lot of older posts, and I think I've figured out a good strategy for me, though I may still be confused.) On some other…

Myfitnesspal & Fitbit Calories?
So I already know to do everything on MFP and it will sync to fitbit. But my question is, on Fitbit where you are entering your weight and the calories, what am I supposed to choose with the food plan? (500 Deficit, 750 Deficit etc) am I just choosing what's close to calories to MFP or what?

Keeping it off
I reached my 60 lb weight loss goal and added an extra 130 calories to my daily intake, in hopes of just maintaining the goal instead of continued weight loss. I gained an instant weight gain, not sinificant, but not sure what my intake should be now. I had a super fast weight loss, losing 60 lbs from Aug 17th, 2022. Where…

apple watch active calorie difference
People with Apple watch- what do you do? Do you manually add your active cals? My apple watch adds my workouts, but not my other active cals and I wonder if I should manually add them myself. For example. I run 4 miles and burn 345 active cals, then do strength training and burn 86 active cals, I also did lots of walking…

What is more important for you? Daily calories or perhaps meals you ate?
Hey everyone, Just wondering, and maybe you could help me decide? Is just the macros important or should I be concerned with each meal? Please select which one is most important for you, it would really help me

!Help with decision please: Which one should I note down Macros per day, per meal or per each meal ?
Greetings to everybody. In my fitness pal, each meal is recorded in the nutrition diaries, or estimates of macros are recorded. Which one, in your opinion, is more significant, relevant, and useful? Aside from that, could you tell me why this is the case for you?

MFP changing calorie goal setting
I am a petite person and have had my goal calories set to 1000 for several years because I have a slight metabolism. If I get a normal amount of steps-exercise (5000-7000), according to my Fitbit, I'm usually using less than 1300 calories a day, so 1200 with exercise calories would actually make me gain weight. Well, I had…
