Ok, here it is!! Keep in mind this is barely styled, and was pulled back for a lot of the day simply because my hair is a bit funky immediately after being cut and needs a day to sort of relax! hahaha What do you think now?? Love it or hate it?? :laugh:

Calories or carbs???
Some people say I should count my carbs and ignore calories. Some say ignore carbs and watch calories. Any advice? As long as I stay under both daily amounts is that good?

Do you have to eat all the calories you've burned during exercise????? I have a lot of calories left from exercise and I am STUFFED today. I'm back
I took a week's vacation...didn't count calories, but I did walk every day (with my brother, who has some weight to lose as well). I actually lost half a pound! where I would GAIN three or four before.

Starting Over
Today I am starting over. I lost 35 pounds from last November to April. I am getting back on track today. I have a long way to go.
