How often?
How often do you weigh in? I used to weigh in DAILY...or should I say Multi-daily! LOL I weighed myself constantly and let the scale determine my "willpower" so to speak. Anyhow, I am only weighing in on Monday's now.

Question for heart rate monitor users!!!!
My question is, do you guys stop counting calories burned the second that your workout ends or do you wait a few minutes until your heart rate goes back down. I was just wondering b/c those few minutes can acount for about 50 calories or so.

Well I gained 3 lbs!
Grrr I am so frustrated. I had one bad night with lots of booze and then I gained 3 lbs. The bad night was tuesday, and yesterday morning and this morning the scale has said 194. UGH! Not always easy
Some days I wonder how come I seem to sabotage my efforts. I am such an emotional eater.....I get frustrated with one of my boys, and McDonald's here I come. After swimming I feel like I am starving and haven't eaten anything even though I have? I read I think on that webmd site that swimming isn't as good a work out as people think because the water is holding a lot of your weight up. If this were true, wouldn't I not feel exhausted and hungry after swimming?
