Difficult question...
I have decided to try Alli. I know it can have some embarrassing side effects, but it is the only pill I have read about that's FDA approved, and it doesn't seem to cause anxiety. Has anyone tried it? Negative/positive results??? I have reached a plateau, (eating healthy and excercising regularly). I hope this works!

good morning everyone... today is not a good day for me. my little one didn't let me workout this morning. it was a flop. i hate mornings like this.:sad: my breakfast was healthy and i logged it. i logged my exercise, my 20 minutes of it. i intended to do 45 minutes a day. hopefully tomorrow will be better.
