Is there any guideline or suggestions as to how many calories (protein, fat and carbs) should be consumed at each meal or does it totally depend on your own activity level. I always figured you do not want too big a meal 3 hours before bedtime as it does not get worked off. Thanks, Karen.

Way too many calories
I spent all day yesterday in a meeting where they supplied breakfast lunch and snacks. It is the first time I screwed up really bad since I joined MFP in January.
