Upset stomach

going nowhere fast :(
I have cut down my calories to 1200 for quite sometime now - im going to say about 3 mths and just recently cut them down to 1100 - i do cardio and toning 3 times a week depending on my schedule - i have yet to loose 1lb - it is absolutely frustrating beyon control!! - can anyone give me any insight !! :(

Wear lipstick
Just a couple tips that my sister and I thought of to discourage snacking - brush your teeth EVERY time you eat ANYTHING and always wear lipstick! I need anything I can find to help me, so I may be stocking up the next time CVS has BOGO free toothpaste and lipstick! :happy:

I hate the graveyard shift!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have been on the 3rd shift for a week, filling in for someone on vacation. I will be glad when this is over. This really hoses up my routine. I still get a half-azz workout in and eat but i notice i do not eat enough. Oh well back to normal on Monday. Peace and Cheese all just thought i would say hi!!!!!!

Just a general question: Does anyone just eat whatever they like but stay within their calorie ranges (plus excercise) but still lose weight? I feel doing it that way will increase my rate of sucess (unless it actually will interfere with losing weight).
