as weight goes down, do daily calories also decrease?
As we lose weight, do the daily calories allowed also decrease? If so, is it automatic or do we have to manually adjust it? How's THAT for thinking positive.:heart:

Sodium in Subway Sandwhiches
O.k someone has to help explain why there is sooooooooo much sodium in subway sandwhiches. Outside of the sodium they look good for you but when you factor the sodium in I feel I should be running in the other direction. Could somone please shed some light on this if I should be worried or not. Cheers

Calories gained by exercise
I only get 1200 calories a day but with exercise, I gain about 400 back. My main goal is weight loss so I was wondering if anyone had any feedback on whether it is smart to stay at the 1200 per day or go ahead and eat the extra amount of calories I've earned through exercise.

Dinner time
Hi Does anyone have any recipes I can eat for dinner tonight?! I have 649 kcal left for today and I want something not heavy but will fill me. Am I doing something wrong?
I understand when you do the cardio that you have to get your heart rate up and keep it up. But I have found that what I do makes me feel good. I used to walk at 2.5 but now have bumped it up to 3.0 for 2 miles. After the first lap I stop and go and do 25 verticle thrusts. Then after 2 laps I will again do another 25…

My Foods & My Meals tabs - add to food diary?
On the tabs 'My Foods' and 'My Meals' I can bring up foods I have entered, and meals I have created, but there does not seem to be a way to add them to the Food Diary from that plcae? What is the sense in having meals created if you can't add them? Am I doing something wrong?:sad:

Frustrated with breakfast!!!

I have seen results!
Well, I feel great! It's my second week here and after the first week, I had gained 0.8 lbs. I was frustrated but you all encouraged me to keep trying and this week I lost 4 lbs. Posture
I have noticed over the years that my posture is getting steadily worse and worse. I'm not sure how to correct this- I do take a class called Body Balance that combines yoga and pilates with tai chi, and I usually have good posture for about 4 hours after that. subcutaneous fat (cellulite)
