What do you do when you're feeling under the weather?

Calorie intake
Alright so now I have lost 12lbs, and my daily cal intake is 1200.... Since I've lost over 10lbs the site asked me if i want to rethink my goals.. for fun I said yes and kept everything the same, BUT it said now my daily cal intake should be 1090! YEAH RIGHT!! This may sound like a really stupid question, but are we supposed to eat all of our calories including the ones that they give us for working out? Will we not lose if we're not eating our calories down to "0"?
