35 pounds to lose
I gained 35 pounds in a matter of months and I am stuck at a weight I am so unhappy and uncomfortable at I refuse to buy new clothes I really want to lose this weight so I can fit into my clothes again. Please add me if you would like to be friends and motivate eachother

I have the myfitnesspal app synced with the iphone Health app so myfitnesspal automatically picks up my steps from the health app and gives me those calories back. Two weeks in, and starting see some results

On day three of 24 day Chgallenge
I found out yesterday why I was craving foods in the evening is because I didn't get enough calories throughout the day to satisfy my body. This website is awesome for me who is afraid to count calories.
