just started back
Hi I'm Mary. Last year I lost 13kg and so far, even though I fell off the wagon for most of this year, I have managed to keep that off. I started my journey at 130kg and am currently sitting at 117kg. I am trying to get back into the swing of weight loss and am using mfp and calorie counting but I am also trying to…

Back after a break and looking for mutual support...
Hi :-) I've decided to start back up on MFP after a wee break. Over the winter I've noticed myself getting a bit pudgy, and as you can see from my profile pic, I could do with a bit of toning! My goals are simple, I'd like to tone up a bit more and if I can drop a few kgs in the process that's a bonus. My plan is to start…

need help/buddy
I have decided I want to do this but I am not sure I can. I was here last year and lost 34 pounds but put it all back on and then some. I guess what I really need is encouragement and accountability but don't beat me up if I slip, positive reinforcement. Anyone interested in being a cheerleader/coach or even just a…

Are my calories too low?
What's up everyone? I'm new to the whole diet/exercise thing, and I just have a couple of questions regarding my calorie intake and moving forward with weight loss in general. So to give you a background on me, I'm 5'10, currently 270lbs. I have MFP's app, and I have my weight goal set to 180, losing 2lbs a week. That puts…

Could use a buddy
I am here...trying to do this right. But I could sure use a buddy in this journey. I'm 5'2" and currently weigh 192. My goal at the moment is 155. When I hit that, I will re-evaluate. I am doing low sugar and in the process of getting my PCOS under control via bc pills. Anyone want to buddy up, please send me a message. :)

5'9 ladies, does ANYONE want to be in the 120s?
I am an 18 year old girl, and my goal weight is in the 120-128 range. Everyone I talk to says that is way too low, but I am guessing that I am in the 140s right now (haven't weighed myself in a LONG time, it just discourages me and I find I stay more motivated when I don't know what I weigh). I have weighed 144, my lowest…

Need motivators & supporters.
I'm 18, female. My starting weight, at 5'3", was 215, in 16 days, I'm down to 212.6. I have a small goal of 180, and an ultimate goal of 150, possibly less depending on how I feel at that point. However, my motivation has became less & less, so I'm hoping for some friends who are very active and will support me and…

So I actually decided to get serious.
Over the past four months I decided to use this app for little reasons and just to track some food in and taking it lightly. Even though I'm 17 and you have to be 18 to sign up is actually very stupid just like how you have to be 18 to sign up for planet fitness, it's just pitiful I need to spend 80 dollars at another gym…

Charting weight loss
Does MFP offer a graphical representation of your weight check ins? Like a line graph? I'm not so lazy that I can't go to my previous entries and copy them all to a program that can graph, but thought I'd check first to see if I missed it somewhere directly in MFP. Thanks in advance!

Hi, new to the app, but loving it so far. One thing I find is that the count for the calories burned during exercise seems quite high. I went to play squash last night with some friends.
