are these realistic goals?
Hi all, My calorie intake is 1270. My question is if wanting as a goal 2" smaller waist and hip, ten pounds in a month are these realistic goals? That is my optimal, for progress I would be ok with 1" and five pound loss in four weeks.

Tracking food by times rather than meals?
Hi, Does anybody track food by times instead of meals? I am going to try this for a while because i normally have coffee first, eat breakfast at my am break (work- 10ish) and lunch after 2 pm. What works for you? 7AM- 10AM 10AM- 12PM 12PM- 3PM 3PM- 5PM 5PM- 7PM EVENING
