Good scale?
Any recommendations for a good scale that reads at least quarter pounds? If not 1/5 lbs.? My scale will tell me one weight one second and literally two seconds later will say 4lbs. different.

I have a question about setting a diffrent time to start your day over. My app starts my day over at midnight. I'm usuly haveing dinner at midnight it throws my tracking off a bit.... Is there a way to change it? It would be more accurate if it reset my day at like 4am instead of midnight.

I'm 5"7 170lbs male with 15% BF, my TDEE is 2547 I'm trying to cut my BF down and myfitnesspal is showing me to eat 1100 calories a day and 60g of protein..which as you probably have noticed is absurd, I was wondering if I can custom set a goal, such as 1900 calories a day/130g protein etc. Thank you.
