Am back, went to weight watchers for a while, decided I dint like it and found it more difficult to stick to. Been eating junk food for a while again so decided to start again. Hopefully once the rain and sleet stop can get out for walks again. Wish me luck! xx

Way to Check Nutrition stats
is there a way to check nutrition stats like how i do on my phone, on the computer? for example if i got to nutrition in the app on my phone, there i can get the breakdown in a pie chart and look a weekly combine numbers of total macro goals for the week. the computer however isn't giving me weekly number stats.

Protein Shakes
Hi, I'm currently doing Slim Fast to kick start my weight loss but looking at my nutrition I can see my carbs have gone sky high due to it's sugar content. So a question, could I replace one or both of the shakes with a protein shake? Would that provide as a sufficient meal replacement? Help!
