exercise makes calorie allowance goes up, can I change this?
Hi, I don't want to be allowed to eat more after I have done exercise, I want to keep the calorie count lower so that I loose weight faster.. but it changes automatically. Do you know how I change this ?? Thanks Hannah

Are the BMI ranges really accurate
For my height at 6'4" it says the NORMAL BMI would be weighing from 150 lbs to 205 lbs. How is that lower rate even close to normal? 6'4" and 150 lbs is sticks and stones skinny.

Really confused on calorie intake
I am so confused on what calorie intake I should have. MFP says 1200 and other sites say 1600. All I am trying to do right now is lose weight. I am doing 1200 right now and with excercise I have been under my intake the past two days, is that good? Bad? Will that prevent me from losing weight? I have no idea what to do?!?!

I don't get it! this make no sense....I hear people say your supposed to eat LESS calories then you EXERCISE...so for example my calorie goal is 1200. I should work out at the gym so i can burn MORE then 1200 calories a day? it take me 45 minutes just to burn 400 calorie on the treadmill. Does this making sense to ANYONE???

net carbs vs carbs? atkins gone wrong
