I've been walking everyday after work in layered clothing to sweat more and hopefully lose more weight. I been selecting walking briskly to log in but am unsure what to pick or how to be accurate on calories burned. Tried to look up online but I just get wrong topics.

Working mom, wife, mid 30s, loves food, hates working out.

Each day count a victory even if it small
I am challenging myself on this. I tend to look at what went wrong and focus on that. So each day I am going to post my victory of day Yesterday on day one it was logging all food even the bad stuff and still stayed under my calories. Today, made better choices for breakfast, snack and my lunch. ☺

I start again watching carefully my intake. I was 1400 calories for 5 weeks and lost nothing. In the past too. So I hope I'll be ok at 1200 cal. Be my friend if you wish :)

I used fitness pal app on my ipad Air 2 for several weeks.. and it worked perfectly.
