Work as Excercise calories burned??????
I am new to fitness pal and love it so far. I have been doing 30 to 45 minutes of cardio every morning. I am a bartender and work 8 to 12 hours a day......does anyone know if I can use my running around at work all day as a form of Excercise (moderate walking) to track calories burned?????

Is a late dinner bad?
I have been staying well under my calorie goals and have been losing weight. I'm wondering if I would have more success if I made an effort to eat earlier. I usually eat dinner between 7 and 8 and occasionally later. Is this a problem even if I'm well under calorie intake for the day?

Always embarrassed
I has a wellness event at work and when I saw my weight it was a wake up call, I have never been this big in my life. I am embarrassed all the time and feel like the fat girl in the room wherever I go. Time to change!

I need help getting this mission accomplished...
I have a goal to lose 35 lbs and I have no idea where to start. I've cut back on sugars and soda a lot but I haven't gotten any better with my eating. How did you all get started on the right track? Had VGS July 20... Very slow weight loss! Help!
I'm trying very hard to follow all the "rules"... Started water aerobics...eating about 800 calories a day...drinking as much water as possible...forcing the protein shakes down ( I average 16oz a day)....only lost 17 lbs since surgery! Very discouraged. Any insight? Any friends?
