Garmin connect and mfp connective issues?
So I'm not entirely sure what I'm doing wrong but I cannot get the two apps to communicate whatsoever. The calories from mfp won't show up on connect and my steps from connect won't show up on mfp. Any suggestions? How did you get it to work? I have a vivosmart if that helps at all.

phone app and website not syncing
I just started back up again after a long hiatus off tracking... I had to refresh all my info both online and on my phone app but they are not matching up (entered food on phone app but not showing online on my PC). How do I get them to match up??

On my phone there is a "nutrition" tab that shows how much sugar I've had, carbs, vit a, vit c, iron...etc and how much is left for the day. Where do you find that on the computer?

Can a change in diet cause sleeplessness?
