Muscle to fat ratio
I've seen mixed opinions on this and don't see much research. for a male in their late 20's, relatively new to lifting, and around 10% BF, how much muscle to fat can they expect to gain with a 0.5-1 pound per week goal? Protein
I'm a weight gain meal plan and I'm trying to build back the muscle I lost. But, I wasn't sure if I should be taking in the amount of protein based off of my weight or based off of my calorie intake. Currently taking in 2100-2200 calories and I weigh 95 lbs. At the moment, I take in anywhere from 90-105+ grams of protein.
