Need help gaining weight
My goal is to reach 2500 calories a day but have no idea how to do this as I'm trying to avoid dairy and peanut butter which seem to be included in every bulk plan. How can I set up a daily meal plan in order to reach my 2500 goal?

Sooo overwhelmed !
Title says it all . . Any ways to gain weight without focusing on calories . I tend to eat less which is why counting helps . It can push me to eat more . I'm currently back up to eating at maintenance but I'm already tired of food again :/

Keeping weight off one area, while gaining in another?
Is it possible to keep off weight in say, the stomach; while gaining weight in perhaps, the thighs/gluteus Maximus? Instead of eating food to gain the weight there, then toning; should I just gain all muscle? Would that look muscular tho (too masculine)? :/

Lean bulk or dirty bulk? What do you prefer
I personally have found better results doing a lean bulk compared to a dirty bulk. I find that you waste much less time (and lose less hard-earned muscle) when doing a lean bulk than when doing a dirty bulk. And who doesn't enjoy being lean year round? ;)
