Calorie surplus and macros! I don't know how many to take
Can someone tell me how to calculate my calorie maintenance then how much to add in order to gain some muscle? I've heard you take your body weight then times by 10 or 14 or 15. Which one is it? And how much protein to carbs to fats I should be eating? I'm so confused!

I've always wanted to gain weight too, but it's always been impossible. I've in and out with this app, but now I'm definitely motivated. Besides monitoring my daily calorie intake, I've also join the gym. So far I've gained 3lbs woop woop. My goal is 15 so we'll see. Let's do it pals :) ))

Gained 7 lbs in the past 2 an half months, eating 3300 calorie meal plan, with workout routine 3 times a week, seeing significant difference coming from weighing 140lbs and being a hardgainer! Keep on eating folks!!!

Difference between clean bulk and body recomp?

Still no weight gain

raw or cooked...?
Hi, have decided to get more serious and start counting my macros... Do i count the raw or cooked data on the pack of pork loin steaks.... Raw says protein is 19.9g per 100 and cooked says 31.0g per 100...? Bit confused..? Thanks

For those bulking, how much cardio do you do per week?
I'm going to be starting my "bulk phase" again in about a month. Was wondering if I was doing too much cardio the last time around, which may have been affecting my gains. I play basketball about once a week and do some intense cardio at the gym 1-2 times a week during the bulk. Perhaps that too much?
