Hello. New journey here with MFP. Logging foods to watch my calories and make better choices. Trying to eat high protein, low carbs, but not doing too well yet...carbs are constantly higher than my protein intake. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Weight: 145 pounds Waist: 34'' Thighs: 25''(each) Started 11 days ago, but started exercising 6 days ago. I'm seeing slight changes, lost 1-2 pounds. I do intermittent fasting, starting at 9 and ending at 11, it does get disrupted sometimes. I'll keep on updating. My weight goal is 100-105 kgs.
