Help. Not losing.
So. Since February 9th I’ve been back on my weight loss journey. I’ve lost 22 lbs. Currently I haven’t lost ANYTHING in weeks! I’m eating 1250 calories a day and just started using my treadmill for brisk walking 20-30 mins a day since Monday. What is happening? I’m so disappointed and discouraged.

About to give up

Trying something new
Today I am trying oats bananas and berries for breakfast instead of my usual huel milkshake.. I want to see how long this fills me up.. I did this to decrease my bf calories from 400 to around 300 I just finished at around 9 am I will let you know when I feel hungry again and have my second meal 😊
