Need to commit!
I’ve tried to commit many times over the last 5 years and just can’t stick with it. After my two older kids (11&13) I was able to lose 30 lbs and get to my lowest of about 145-150. IF Check-ins or support group?
Does anyone know where we can check in on fasting days or where to find a support group? It’s easier to do these things when you have a distraction, especially when others are doing the same thing.
