So, I've been gone because I had the flu...but I am feeling much better...although, I have my monthly visitor right now and a major headache and my house is a mess...but I worked out today and had a great time. No weight lost!
I have been counting my calories for the past few weeks. I started out with using 1200 calories per day expecting to go over a little every day. I still did not loose weight. Has anyone out there ever tried Weigh Down workshop? The principle is to eat only when you are hungry and stop at the first sign of fullness> Oh yeah, and no food is restricted. The idea is that you will be eating less calories.

I not losing anything
Alright for 2 weeks now I have been biking to work and back, about 30 to minutes of riding. I only eat 1100 cals a day and I have only lost half an inch off my waist. I still weigh the same amount when I started. Has anyone else had this problem, and if so how do you start losing weight?
