Healthy snack ideas???
Hi I am currently eating around 1200-1500 calories per day. I tend to want chocolate and crisp in the evening after dinner and although I am fitting it within my calorie allowance I would much rather try some healthier options. What are your go to snacks? Please share

Calculating fried foods
Hi, guys! First time poster here. How do you calculate something like Kroger steak fries when they're fried in oil? I logged it with the barcode scanner but I'm not sure if the nutrition info accounted for the added fat in the oil.

Replacing oil/butter with milk when making omelettes.

A customer today babe me a grocery bag full of mustard greens. It has a really bitter flavor so I'm guessing it's not a salad green or is to be mixed sparingly with other greens. Or is it supposed to be cooked? It's got tons of vitamins and potassium and cooking would leach them or right?

Have you tried apple purée and light Creme fraiche. Peel and core 1 kg of apples. I prefer cooking apples. Chop and place in a saucepan with a splash of water. Not calculating correct
I don't understand. I made Keto cookies and the whole recipe has 12 carbs and there are 12 servings but it still does 10.7 carbs per serving. That doesn't make sense. Does anyone know what's wrong?

Having reaction to Stevia and Xylitol

Your Chocolate Strawberry Chia Pudding cannot be 202 calories. MFP says 3 tbsp of chia seeds alone is 180 calories. Plus almond milk, honey and strawberries, closer to 300.
