Quick Breakfast Ideas?
It seems like I never give myself enough time to eat a good breakfast. I normally grab a pop tart or something as I'm running out the door. Does anyone have any quick breakfast ideas?

i am going grocery shopping in the morning. i need some advice for low cal foods. my budget is $200 for 2 weeks. i have 3 kids (2, 4, and 6 yrs old) and a hubby that are gonna eat this with me. we will eat about anything, but very little fish. How do you properly enter in calories and all that good stuff when you are entering in your home cooked meals? Do you add up every ingrediant? That sounds very time consuming.
