I needed to share this with someone...
...and I feel weird sharing with people in real life, you know? Weight loss means nothing to people who aren’t overweight. So, here I am. Christmas to May 25th. 56 pounds lost, eating 1,200-1,500 calories a day and fasting for 14-16 hours daily. Best eating plan I’ve ever done!

Turn 42 tomorrow
4/10/18 was 192 lb. goal was 170 by kids last day of school year. Beat it by 1.5 lb. set a goal of under 165. By tomorrow. This am stepped on scale at 164.8. Have muscles and can almost see my abs 24/7. All thanks to calisthenics and this app. Next years goal. Full plane and one hand stand push up.
