My story... as a kid, I was tall and thin, my mom said she could not even find pants long enough that would stay up on me. Fast…

Lost 34 pounds
Hey everyone, I’ve been eating healthy since February 2018. I lost my initial thirty pounds with cardio, resistance training, and of course eating healthy. 17 Lbs Down - 10 More to Go!
I started out just wanting to lose weight, because I kept having to buy larger clothes. It was an absolute waste! So, I started CICO and going to the gym. Thankful for fitness during health challenge
I’ve lost 63 pounds in last year, almost to 25 BMI. I had been walking several miles a day for many years and lifting weights for 3+ years but it took getting my nutrition in line to successfully lose the weight. The process was a little backwards :) but has resulted in being really strong and in shape as I meet my goal. I…

From borderline obese to healthy weight range in under 8 months
I started 2018 around the 98kg mark... unfit (partly due a calf injury), unhealthy, with a stomach size pushing into the danger zone for a variety ofissues. At 47 years, this was not a good thing. My bad back, knees and ankles were also suffering, badly... Fortunately, my wife started using the myfitnesspal app at this…

Excessive arm flab
My arm flab is out of proportion, I guess one of the areas where my fat likes to settle. In my younger days arms would reduce with weight loss; not so much now in my mid 50's but do have >60 pds to go! I do weight training which I hope will help a bit. Curious if others have same challenge?!

Size 24 to a 12
And to think.....at one point these jeans were extremely tight on me. Wow just wow.....I remember having to do that squat/dancing thing along with laying on my bed to get them up, zipped, and buttoned. This pair of jeans is the only thing I have left from 100 lbs ago. #nevergoingback
