Mini success of the day!
I went to the gym today to meet my personal trainer. He said that I looked like I had lost more weight since I saw him last ( 2 days ago!!!) Then I when I turned around and started walking- he let out a "WOAH!" - He said my butt looked awesome!!! Made my day!!!

still losing inches but scales not budging :(
ok so i am doing a lot of exercise and the inches are melting away quickly...but it's still disheartening not seeing this reflect on the scales :( i am eating well, drinking alot of water but the scales haven't dropped this week despite losing yet again through the tape measure..should i just be patient?

Met my first goal today!

Meet my 1st goal
