2017 Keto challenges
I joined a couple of keto challenges for 2017. One is #20under20 - To keep the Net Carbs under 20 for 20 days so that I can get into Keto Adapted. KetoConnect.net is doing this one. The other one is 90 days under 20 Net Carbs and 70% or more Fats. with travelinglowcarb.com If anyone wants to join them they are free.
