Went from 17 stone to 12 stone 7. I feel flabby though. Any advice.

I Hate it But.....
I really hate to clean for the holidays, it always seems to entail more that everyday cleaning. But today I thought you know there should be a category for calorie burning and moving furniture. Imagine my surprise and joy when I saw there was. Wow...never thought moving furniture would ever make me happy. LOL :laugh:

Problems with the app
So I’ve been having app problems since the update, I’ve emailed the problem twice and got no response. Wondering if it’s just me with the problem. I have to sign in and reaccept everytime I open the app, even if the app is open when my phone times out. It’s so frustrating! Anyone else have this or a similar problem?

Calorie/macro reset problem
I tried to post in technical area however it wouldn’t let me. Can anyone tell me why when I log back into the app an hour or so later it comes up with a screen to enter all my macro/calorie break up again? It’s doing it every time I log in...the food logged still stays it’s ver strange

Any plus size confident ladies out there?
I eat healthy. I work job that requires me to be in my feet for 10 hours. I work out when I can. I lose , but slowly. I’m a size 14-16, I’m curvy but yet still plus and still stuggle with confidence. Yes I am beautiful and so are all of you!! Just wanted to put that positive message out there!

How many calories to burn per day
So myfitnesspal worked out that I’m allowed 1200 calories per day. Under the exercise section it has a figure of 242 calories. Is this the goal amount of how many calories I’m to burn per day that myfitnesspal worked out for me?
