Question on Jillians 30 Day Shred
I've been doing the 30 day shred on and off 2 - 3 days a week. I see that some people are doing it 4 -5 times a week. Is this safe for our muscles? I thought we had to rest in between? Just curious . . . .

I did an 80 minute work-out this morning on the treadmill. The entire time, I had an incline of 7.0. Extremely sore back
Well, i went and did it. Jumped up the Wii Active level from "easy" to "intermediate" and now i'm dying over here. its been two days and my lower back and hips and screaming. Its actually pretty uncomfortable to sit or walk. Anyone have any ideas on how to best work out the soreness without doing any lingering damage?

Aerobics Jump = P90X Plyo
I am not sure how to document Plyometrics in the database. I do not have a heart moniter, so I am not really sure how many calories I am burning. I have been documenting it under the regular Aerobics, but then noticed the jump. Any suggestions??
