Booty Camp in Ontario
Just wondering if any of you have participated in a Booty Camp. There is one offered in a town near where I live and I am curious about it, but not a lot of info online. Any review? It is a group session 2 nights a week for 1 hr each. You can do 4 or 8 weeks. Want to know if it is worth the money. Thanks

Cold weather running
Does anyone have any tips for soothing a wheezy cough/throat after running in cool weather? I am used to running indoors, and today was a relatively nice Michigan day (about 38 degrees) so now after running I sound like an old man every time I cough and will need to clear my throat a lot today.
