Hi, I need to know something. I was in NYC walking all day long. From 73th St. to 77th (Museum of Natural History). Spent 5 hours walking in the musuem. Afterwards we walked from 77th to 57th and 5 ave. We walked back to the car from 57th to 70th street. How should I calculate?

Just ran a 10k! - was on the coach all Christmas....
At New Year I couldn't run the length of myself. I've now lost 21 pounds and tonight just ran a 10k in 49 mins - amazingly i had a lot left in the tank at the end and a few minutes to shave off before summer racing. If i can do it, trust me, pretty much anyone can... Good luck folks!

Does using the wieght machines...
not burn calories? Today was the first day the the arm machine didn't completely kick my butt, I have no arm strength and have been slowly trying to build it up, so if i'm building muscle there and losing the flab isn't that burning calories or is it so insignificant that it really does't matter.
