I am doing Ab Jam...and it seems pretty good...but I have a lot of loose skin from child birth and gaining and losing weight. I look at my abs and wonder if it is even possible for the loose skin to tighten up.....anyone else struggling with this??

working out to much?

I am logging my exercise daily, at it seems that I'm burning a lot of calories. Could I be overestimating them?
